How much does it cost to send a top-up?
Nothing. A €10 top-up costs €10 and credits €10. There is no sending fee and no handling cost. That is what sets us apart from every other top-up site.
So how do you make money?
From the commission the carrier itself pays us for distributing its top-ups, the same as it pays any corner shop. That commission exists with or without you, so there is no reason to charge you on top of it.
How long does it take to arrive?
Seconds. The order goes to the carrier as soon as payment clears. If there were ever a delay you would see it on the order status page and we would email you.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Just the number you want to top up and an email address for the receipt.
Can I top up someone else’s phone?
Yes, that is the usual case. You only need their number. The receipt goes to you, not to them.
